Hi, I’m Marie Dutton
I’m a dedicated paramedic/ nurse turned entrepreneur and the founder of Essential Health Solutions, your trusted mobile IV hydration, wellness, and weight-loss clinic. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare both pre-hospital and in the hospital, I’ve seen how hydration, wellness, and proper care can make a huge difference in people’s lives—no matter where you call home.
At Essential Health Solutions, my mission is to bring expert, personalized care to small-town communities like yours. Whether you’re recovering from illness, managing fatigue, or simply looking for a boost to feel your best, our team is here to deliver convenient, high-quality health solutions right to your door. Meet Niki Andress, RN
With 33 years of nursing experience, Niki Andress, RN, brings a wealth of expertise in emergency medicine and IV therapy. Her background in emergency medicine has honed her ability to provide precise, efficient, and compassionate care, making her an invaluable part of the Essential Health Solutions team.
Niki’s IV skills are second to none, ensuring clients receive the highest-quality hydration therapy with comfort and ease. With decades of hands-on experience, she ensures that every client receives the safe, effective, and personalized care they deserve. Her dedication to patient care, combined with her vast experience, allows her to deliver treatments that help clients feel their best.

Alison Koenigs, MS, CPT, CES, CSCS
Alison Koenigs is a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and strength and conditioning coach with a master’s degree in exercise science and a focus in sports nutrition. She specializes in helping clients move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence through realistic, personalized wellness strategies.
With experience supporting a wide range of individuals—from those navigating recovery and weight loss to those looking to optimize performance—Alison is passionate about making fitness approachable and empowering for everyone, including clients on GLP-1 medications or those new to exercise and nutrition.
Alison brings a supportive, goal-oriented approach to every session, combining evidence-based methods with a deep commitment to her clients' long-term success. Her mission is to make health and wellness feel achievable and sustainable, no matter where you’re starting from.
Outside of coaching, Alison loves staying active, traveling, visiting her family’s lake cabin, golfing, and spending time with her daughter, Maxyne. Joining Essential Health Solutions gives her the opportunity to offer support in a meaningful way, and she’s excited to be part of your journey to better health

Jessica Nihart, RN, brings a compassionate and client-centered approach to every service she provides. With a strong foundation in nursing and a commitment to wellness, she focuses on delivering safe, effective care that helps clients feel their best—whether they’re seeking preventative support, recovery assistance, or overall health optimization.

Sheila Brantner, RN
With over 21 years of experience in clinical and medical-surgical nursing, Sheila brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to every client she serves. Her approach to care is deeply holistic—addressing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of wellness to promote true healing and balance.
Sheila believes in viewing each client as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. Through clear communication, empathy, and trust, she builds strong therapeutic relationships that foster comfort, understanding, and long-term well-being.
Passionate about wellness and personal growth, Sheila continually seeks opportunities to expand her expertise and bring the highest quality of care to her patients and community. Outside of nursing, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, hiking, and finding peace in life’s quiet moments.

Elle serves as our Client Services Ambassador, bringing warmth, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail to every client interaction. She is dedicated to ensuring each guest feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
Elle is currently attending Chippewa Valley Technical College, where she is pursuing a degree in Business Administration. Her education, combined with her strong communication skills and passion for service, allows her to create a seamless and positive experience for every client.
With a natural ability to connect with people and a commitment to excellence, Elle is an invaluable part of the Essential Health team.
Amanda Cypret
Amanda Cypret, APRN, FNP-C, is a Florida-native, board-certified Nurse Practitioner with MedWell Health, located at 2425 West Nine Mile Road, Suite 1, Pensacola, FL 32534, whose mission is to simplify healthcare and make it accessible, comfortable, and centered on patient wellbeing. With a strong background in geriatric care and home-based medicine, she brings years of experience caring for older adults and individuals with chronic conditions, delivering compassionate, personalized care by removing traditional clinic barriers and offering transparent, affordable services. Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Amanda is committed to meeting patients where they are—literally and figuratively—whether managing chronic conditions, providing routine care, or serving as a trusted health partner. She is excited to join Essential Health Solutions to expand access to IV hydration, wellness therapies, injections, and weight-loss support in a comfortable, results-focused environment. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys time with her husband and children, embracing the Florida sunshine through outdoor adventures, and takes pride in serving her community with heart and purpose
